Refund and Returns Policy
Thank you for shopping with us at Quick Room Heat. Your satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your room heater purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.
It must be in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at contact@quickroomheat.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a defective product or a shipping error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
If the return is due to personal preference or any other reason not related to product issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at contact@quickroomheat.com.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
Room heaters that have been used or show signs of wear
Clearance or final sale items
Gift cards
Damaged or Defective Products
If your room heater arrives damaged or is not working as expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photos or videos of the issue, and we will make it right.
