Shipping Locations
We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer standard and expedited shipping options:
Standard Shipping (3–7 business days): Free on orders over $50
Expedited Shipping (1–3 business days): Rates calculated at checkout

Shipping Charges
Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $50
Orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee of $7.95
Expedited shipping costs are calculated in real-time at checkout
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number to check the delivery status of your package at any time.
Delays & Weather Conditions
While we strive to meet all delivery estimates, there may be delays due to extreme weather, carrier issues, or high-demand periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support at contact@quickroomheat.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue or provide a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Restrictions
For safety and compliance reasons, some room heaters may not be eligible for air transport and may be limited to ground shipping only.
